Good but not Comfortable

Great support by Astride team. They were very responsive.

Build quality and comfort. Easy to assemble and at a great price. I use it for my work desk. If you sit for longer hours continuously your back gets numb.

Very Low quality product which is damaged and there is no screws and some items are missing. And the package is also very bad chances to lose the items for sure. And when I return the product it takes too much time and the refund is also recieved yet. They are saying it will recieve only next month. It's taking one month for that.

The chair is good and the build quality for this price is fine. But sometimes small defects can become a headache. In my piece, it was impossible to screw the backside into my chair base from one corner because the screw holes were not aligning properly. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Otherwise if you're lucky and everything fits well, the chair itself is nice.

As of first day experience, it's good. But if might take you few days to adjust to this chair sitting position if you are shifting from another chair.Assembling it wasn’t very tough but you need to work a little. Quality seems atleast ok as of now.
