This is a wonderful umbrella which worked well; very practical size and features. This is a nice looking umbrella which comes in different colours. It fits very well within my shoulder bag and I bring this everywhere with me.After happily using my original purchase, the umbrella stopped working properly when it got stuck into an in-between state where it could not click open fully and could not close fully. When I contacted Royal Walk via the Amazon platform, I received a quick response. I was asked to send a video to capture the problem, after which I was sent a replacement. I am quite pleased with the customer service.

Der Regenschirm ist super! Er ist zwar etwas größer und schwerer als die billigen kleinen Klapschirme, aber hält und ist das Geld wert. Die Qualität ist auch bemerkenswert. Würde ich gerne weiterempfehlen!

Will say straight away, I've got this umbrella replaced. For free, by warranty. With the same new one. Cos I love it. Was looking for an umbrella which would withstand strong winds, and this is good enough. I used it in winds of 30-40 mph, and i advise to be always slightly leaning the umbrella towards the wind. Otherwise, if the wind is strong enough, it will blow it inside out. It happened a few times. But point it back to the wind and it will blow it back the right way. And it will work as if nothing happened. One day got caught in storm strength winds with rain, which formed really quickly, forecast didn't show wind that strong (50mph ish) a few hours before. That wind proved too strong for this umbrella. The only thing i could do is cover myself with it pointing directly at the wind, and it deformed the umbrella, see the photo. After some bending of its structural sticks, it still works, still opens automatically, and would protect from rain in mild wind, but of course doesn't look right and is not windproof anymore. Anyway, contacted the warranty service, brilliant communication, got the new umbrella delivered in 3 days (it's a 2 year warranty). I learned the lesson to not use this umbrella in winds over 40 mph, but it's the best umbrella I ever had.
