If your car has a standard dipstick size I'm sure it'll work OK. The tube that goes into the dipstick hole is approximately 4 to 5mm in diameter. It's rather like the old flexible curtain holders in diameter. It's a bit slow sucking the oil out but infinitely preferable to jacking the car, lying on the floor removing the plastic cover, with the usual breakages of the fasteners, to get at the sump drain bolt. This is why I use the PELA. **Q: Can you use it to fill up engines, gearboxs etc?** A: No this works on syphon and vacuum action it does not pump only sucks out into the ball, you can use it to empty the gearbox of oil but you might struggle to get the small tube into gearbox/level filler **Q: Hi will this work with a Ford Focus 2011 car, petrol engine 1600cc** A: If your car has a dip stick tube then yes it will. First remove the dipstick. Then the suction tube goes down the dipstick tube as far as it will go (don't force it) then just pump the unit to suck the oil out. Works a treat on my Honda Accord as well as various cars belonging to friends and family. Saves taking the plastic undertray off many cars to get to the sump drain plug. A real hassle on some makes. Hang the tube up afterwards with the end in a container to fully drain it.
