Cuisinart 10 inch pan - excellent
This Cuisinart MultiClad Pro 10 inch pan is excellent! This is the best pan that I have ever used, by far.It heats very evenly, and the non-stick coating works VERY well.I hand wash my non-stick pans to keep them looking and working great.I grilled two tuna and cheese sandwitches, on my gas stove. They both fit nicely in the pan.I started with medium heat, and watched carefully. The pan heated up evenly and quickly, so I turned down the heat to low. This was so that the cheese would melt just when the sandwitches got golden brown.I turned them a couple of times; they slid eaisly on the great ono-stick surface. These are very well worth the extra price!I had a similar Cuisinart 10 inch pan that was my favorite, but it got left on the burner for two hours and got blackened. So I got this as a repalcement, and I am very happy with it.The new one is better than the older one.Shipping note: I used Amazon Prime, free 2 day shipping.I oredered at noon on Monday, they arrived at 8:30AM on Tuesday!

The SS pan is great.
We love the SS multiclad pro non stick pans. We have the 12" unit. Trying to buy the matching 10" but as you can see from the photo, we received a cast iron pan instead of what we ordered. This happened with the first order and the replacvement I'll be looking somewhere else for our 10" pan, it appears something is messed up with the stock. box label says SS pan, the pan inside the box is a $28 CastLite cast iron pan.

OMG - AVOID THIS PAN, AVOID CUISINART
Well, we read all the reviews here and spent $65.00 on the 10" pan on January 14, 2012. Now barely 4 months later the non-stick surface is peeling off in large pieces. Apart from being annoyed, we knew we could rely on Cuisinart and their warranty. Right? WRONG. VERY WRONG.We called Cuisinart "Customer Care" and explained the problem - and this isn't subtle - approx 6 square inches of the pan surface has delaminated, so far. And that happened all at once (we obviously wouldn't use it after it starting delaminating). I explained that we haven't subjected the pan to abuse or misuse, haven't used abrasive cleaners (it's non-stick after all) and we clean it in a modern dishwasher. I may as well have been whispering into an abyss.First, we have to pay to ship the pan to Arizona so that it can be evaluated - I guess 10 megapixel photos of the delamination just aren't convincing enough. And we were advised to ship it with a tracking number because they're not responsible for keeping track of the item - that is, we should have proof that Cuisinart actually receives the pan!! And this evalution will take 4 to 6 weeks - yes, 4 TO 6 WEEKS - after which time they'll contact us with a response. And did I mention that we also have to pay them - yes, we PAY THEM - to ship the replacement unit back to us. We are required to enclose a $7.00 check when we return the item. I'll spare you the other details required to effect a return - we got the impression that if we didn't meticulously comply with everything they want that the return would end up in limbo somewhere. Just lovely.People, this is a bad frying pan - and, at $60, an expensive frying pan, the cost of which just increased by at least 25% as a function of shipping costs alone. I submit to you that this is not the way a "high-end" manufacturer treats its customers. And, to my way of thinking, this largely negates the value of their "warranty". BAD PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. What more do you need to know? One word: All-Clad

More than I expected
I have had the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Nonstick Stainless-Steel 10-Inch Skillet for a year now. I bought it, in addition to a full set of stainless Cuisinart Multiclad, for my wife for Christmas last year. We use this frying pan in particular for eggs, french toast, and other food types that are prone to sticking in the regular stainless pans.As many folks have stated, this pan cooks extremely evenly with very little heat.I can say that we are not gentle with our cookware. I like/want cookware that i do not have to be careful with but performs well. I would say that the Cuisinart Multiclad has lived up to its reputation for me. We have put it through the dishwasher well over a hundred times and the only chipping of the non-stick I can see is from pot to pot contact when being tossed into the sink. Even with our hard water, this skillet is still performing like new.I am going to purchase another 10" skillet this Christmas and would recommend the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro line of cookware to anyone looking for top quality cookware.

Still looks new
This skillet still looks new use after use and it performs flawlessly. Nothing sticks to this thing and I love using it to scramble eggs and make pancakes. It requires very little heat and is super easy to clean. All you do is let it cool down, wash and dry. I wash mine by hand because I think good quality cookware will last longer and keep looking good if washed and dried thoroughly by hand. The handle stays cool and is riveted on, not those flimsy screws that can loosen up over time. Excellent quality and great size.I highly recommend this skillet.

So far, Great
I have not had this skillet very long but so far, it has been the perfect pan. Evenly cooks all the meat or whatever I am cooking in the skillet and the clean up is very easy. I just hope that over time, it will not scratch like my other non-stick skillets. That will be the final key. Right now, I am using wooden or plastic spoons or spatulas and all is well but that is also what I use in my other skillets that have scratched over time.

Really like it
Only complaint is that seems to heat unevenly (i.e. certain parts of pan get hotter than others). Not sure if that's due to the pan or the induction 'burner' I'm using though. But a nice solid pan with pretty good non-stick properties (I still use cooking spray to enhance non-stick aspect), but super easy to clean and coating seems to be durable - have used it for 1.5 years now and no flaking/cracking of coating.
