Very disappointed, the salt Grinder stopped working after a week, so decided to swap the salt into the pepper grinder and it did the same. Bought these because I thought they would be of good quality coming from a well known company. I was going to return them but to be honest I couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend

After just 6 months of light use the thread has stripped from the salt shaker.So when you pick it up by the head, the head comes away from the main body and salt goes everywhere.Deeply disappointed as I was excited to get rid of my electric ones for these. A supposedly quality long life product.

Replaced these with smaller Coke and Mason, but they were not as good. These are really good, and do what they are supposed to do.Look really nice when table is set out.

I absolutely love these salt and pepper mills. They are cool, stylish and very easy to fill and use. We have had a series of battery operated jobs, but eventually got fed up with them falling apart (once into someone's dinner) or not working, that we decided to go for a classic mill. This is one of the best, it looks good and performs brilliantly. Go buy one!

I would not recommend these, I have purchased two sets, the first set lasted about 18 months before the bottom strap that controls the grinder broke. I thought I must be a bit heavy handed. So the second set not even a year! The tightening swindle has has stripped it's thread. suspect weak or cheap metals. So disappointed! Buy British they say! then you discover it was made in ******* China

After some disasters with cheap grinders that lasted less time than the salt and pepper inside them it was great to buy something with a bit of quality but at a reasonable price. These are well made, they work and are holding up in daily use. The grinder is not adjustable except by loosening the assembly but the pepper and salt grinds are about right. Unlike some grinders these do not spill too much out the bottom after being used.

We only bought these in December and the thread on the salt mill has perished already. Cannot get it on again so it is now useless. Will look at guarantee on this product. Not terribly impressed but we will see if a replacement fares better.

Very nice design but the salt doesn't grind fine enough. quite large chunks which go all over the table.
