Delivery service was excellent, far quicker than suggested in the details. Product is also excellent. There is no assembly necessary, just unwrap it, unfold it, and away you go! Looks lovely in the garden, stylish, good quality, and very comfortable. Would suit tall or short people. Definitely recommend.

Although really beautiful design it is not durable for the long term . I have hardly used it a handful of times in the last year and it has got heavily and irreparably damaged. Not sure I got the quality I paid for. Wish had broken the first time I used it so that already I could return it.

Great value, looks fabulous and is very well made

I read all the reviews before buying two chairs and I agree they are beautiful to look at and quite comfortable once you add a head cushion. They are also practical as you can fold them and put them away in the shed, and are very well made. So what's the downside? Well, as they're not adjustable you're stuck in one position so it may not be quite right if you want to read or have a drink, and definitely not suitable if you like to sit in the garden and use a laptop or write. Also, I am quite small and found I slid down the chair to a point that wasn't comfortable. Buying an outdoor cushion (the type with ties) made a big difference though, but it will never be really comfortable chair - and my sons have said I've chosen style over comfort which I believe I have. They do look lovely though and for that reason I am pleased with my purchases.

The screws on several of the wooden slats fall out so I have had to source and replace around 10 of them as the ones fitted are to short and to thin not what I expected

I was very disappointed with these. Bits started falling off after a week (the bottom strip of wood fell off first) then a gust of wind blew one over and the bottom bit where you sit snapped in two. We've temporarily glued it back together and added screws but it will never hold the wait of a person. We bought them to help sell our home so we've never even sat on them but already they are knackered! They look great but are obviously very weak!

The chair has broken when I sat down (not a heavy person). The wooden material is cheap and very very weak and the chair is poorly assembled. A tota lwaist of money. 80 pounds is a lot of money and this chair should not even be given for free.
