The tablets come to sterilize the POWERbreathe. Once a week it's recommended to immerse it in a sterilizing solution, in addition to washing it with warm water several times a week. The instructions are only in Spanish, we could send you the instructions in English by mail.

I don't remember it coming with a nose clip. You adjust it as your breathing gets stronger.

Hi, the gastroenterologist who recommended I try this device suggested I aim for 30 breaths every day without fail for three-six months in an attempt to alleviate my reflux symptoms. You put your mouth over the mouthpiece and breathe in and out of your mouth quite slowly, but quite forcibly, with each in/out representing 1 breath, so aim for 30 of these per day. Start with a light tension, increase the tension as you start to find each 30-breath cycle easier. Tension is increased by turning the arrow which is on the handle, to tighten the coiled spring inside it - so that it is aligned with a higher number on the handle. I started at 2 and ended up as far as 6. I cleaned the whole device in sterilised water once a week and the clear plastic mouthpiece every alternate day. There are YouTube instructions on how to use this device as well, and if you've been recommended to use it by a healthcare professional, maybe ask for their advice on how they would like you to use it.
