This one retractable leash is fantastic, it doesn't twist up and get stuck, the quality is sturdy it has been smacked around a few times but the kids and the length is plenty weather you want your pet close by or want to provide him some space. the grip is comfortable, and the design was made for the ease of switching between locking and unlocking. I highly recommend.

Much better than my last leash! Very sturdy, and the quality seems great. I really like that it has a lock, so instead of having to constantly hold down the tug button you can lock it in.

Works fine so for the cheap price it's okay. There is a ring on it to but clip on but it's so flimsy a good strong dogs will break it. However for a mid size and smaller dog it's great

Was great when it worked. We have a small 15lb dog, so I’m surprised the retraction stopped working already. Does this have a 1 year warranty? Just bought this last October.

The leash just went out today. It won't go back in or come out anymore, so it's stuck at about 15" long. We had a retractable leash from Sierra Trading Post that lasted 5 years. I'm sure it would have lasted a lot longer, but the actual cord got stuck between two flat bricks and I couldn't get it out, so I had to cut it. The retractable mechanism was always perfect.Then I ordered this leash. I noticed right out of the package the cord was not as think and I wondered if that would impact it. Sure enough, a couple weeks ago I noticed it was folding gradually. And now it's stuck. Pretty sure it's jammed inside because it's folded inside. So now I need to find a good leash. I wish I wrote down the other leash brand before I threw it away. It was much better quality (and I actually paid the exact same amount for it from Sierra). I bought our other dog one from Walmart, and it seems to be in between the two leashes in quality. The cords need to be thicker or they bend. I don't mean wider. I mean thicker. It was ok width. But I would not recommend. 4 months is ridiculous. Used about 3-4x/ week.
