because i live alone, i can't eat a whole pie so i like to make these - i keep a few, give the others away - but unfort, i suddenly can't find these in my area! i ordered several boxes to tide me over until they show up the local stores again. they are yummy & easy to use - they make me look like a fancy baker!

I love this pie shell for portion control and for convenience and flavor. We want a pie but not a whole big pie but a small tasty pie so we don't have to eat the same pie for a week or maybe even end up tossing it out. This is just right for the two of us to have a small portion of pie once in awhile. We love it so much. I would recommend these shells for anyone wanting a little dessert once in awhile or to use whenever you feel like it.

I used this product to make sour cream lemon tarts. All the shells arrived intact and were still crunchy and not stale. Worked perfectly for my applications.

Only one package for that price is outrageous. Description said you would get three packages of six and only received one.
