Customer service is amazing! Refunded me and sent me a new clock. Will update review once I’ve had the new one for a bit.Stopped working a month after receiving. Replaced batteries twice and each time stopped working after a few days.

Received the replacement clock, and this one worked, except the hour hand was "off" a bit. I waited a few days to observe the function and decided to "nudge" the hour hand in place, and as of now it is working. Thanks for a timely solution.

Lovely!
Have had this large wall clock mounted for about 3 weeks now. It is keeping perfect time and is silent. It really is a nice accent as well as being functional. So far, highly recommend it.
