We wanted a tent that would have plenty of ventilation but could house two adults and three (2-small, 1-med) dogs. This does the trick. We set up our tent and if any of us want shade we have the tent. If we want to relax and listen to the waves, we open the vents, zip up the door and take a nap not worrying about dogs wondering off. I did have a torn tent bag when I got it, but the company took care of that and went beyond my expectations.Very durable, (3 sets of dog nails), easy to set up and take down. I did buy extra tie downs because you can never have enough on a windy beach.Now if someone could invent a tent that was self cleaning, I would have it made.

I like this tent. It’s for the beach. There are just two things I would’ve had done differently with it. One, the main opening. If it had a screen option, that would be a tremendous plus! It does zipup, but if- like the windows you had both privacy and a screen, you could monitor little ones who may need to nap or play inside minus pesky bugs. The only other issue I had with this beach tent was when it was time to fold it up. We had to actually watch a video online to figure out how to do that. Overall, The color is very cute, it serves his purpose to provide shade and the price was very reasonable. Definitely a great beach tent. Stays in place well when you place a cooler inside to help secure it down from the winds. I am happy with this purchase.

I rushed a bit setting this up in my backyard (and did not use stakes). The instructions oversimplify the setup , at least for the first-time user. The second time will be easier (which is why I like to do a trial run in my backyard).I like the abundance of windows/screens for ventilation and the tie-backs when windows or floor are rolled up. There was mention of changing clothes in the tent with the windows up, just be aware that the windows zip up/down from the outside, not the inside like a camping tent.The metal stakes would not hold the tent in the sand with any reasonable beach wind. Longer, preferably plastic, stakes would be much better. Yes, there are bags on each corner to fill with sand to help hold the tent, they are insufficient in my mind but I have yet to try it on the beach.The size would be quite tight for 2 adults and 2 children, two low beach chairs would take up most of the space. The floor being able to roll up is a nice beach tent feature to prevent tears in the floor.I would recommend setting up and taking down at least once before using at the beach. The take down has more instructions but still takes a bit of time to fold everything to fit in the bag. Leave the window flaps cracked to allow air to escape when folding.For $56 it is a nice beach shade tent with decent quality. Strong winds can tear apart just about any beach tent/canopy. Glancing through Amazon there are quite a few variations available to 'make shade' on the beach.

So easy to put up and tear down! Buy this! You won’t regret it

Just back from a camping trip to beach in Maryland April 15-20 and couldn’t be happier with this purchase. While the sun is strong this time of year the temps were marginally comfortable (60-70) but the wind is downright cold. This tent goes up fast and is a perfect wind break or respite from too much sun. In last day the North wind picked up thruout the day and by 4pm I was the only one still on the beach n toasty warm in the Lee of my tent. Like all the screened windows for fine tuning air flow. Sadly nothing seems truly well built these days but for the price, the quality is acceptable and seems a good value.
