Great for cocktails
I tried several products to create foam on my cocktails, and this one was by far the best. It foams perfectly, and the smell and taste are neutral. Of course, it’s not exactly the same as using egg whites, but it comes very close and works great.

Works for vegan macarons
The media could not be loaded. This product works for macarons! See photos above. For a first try, I followed my usual macaron recipe, substituting this powder mixed with water, in the ratio suggested on the package, for the same grams of egg whites I normally use. I did note that I had to macaronage much less using the aquafaba, than with normal egg whites. While my results weren't perfect, I'm overall pleased and will continue tweaking my recipe.
