They are very nice pans **Q: i see these are induction base pans but can they be used on a gas stove top?** A: Yes they can be, just remember to season them with oil. And after cooking let them cool down before washing them should last that way. **Q: Can these definitely be used on induction stoves? I would recommend perhaps measuring the sizes of pan you need as they are all a little on the small side (certainly smaller than I was expecting).
