Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 128GB, Deep Purple - (Renewed)

A few minor scratches on volume buttons and around bezel, but otherwise excellent condition. Battery 85%. Keeps charge for a day with average use. Arrived well packaged via DPD. Used it for about a month now with no problems. Recommended.

The refurbished Apple iPhone 14 Pro is in excellent condition, works great, the price met expectations, no complaints. I'm always skeptical about used phones, I always have doubts, but not this time. My son is satisfied. Thank you.

This review relates to the "Amazon Renewed" option and not the iPhone. This really was a bad decision to purchase using the renewed route. Initially I thought this was a reasonably sensible choice given the blurb about the program and that Apple devices are generally very reliable if cared for. The phone arrived with 84% battery capacity, which was disappointing but complied with the terms of the "Renewed" small print. After 6 months use I had to have the battery replaced by Apple at a cost of £100. After 18 months, the phone developed the White Screen of Death issue rendering the phone useless. The cost to replace the screen is close to £400, so after a total outlay of £800 and 18 months of light use, I am left with a worthless paperweight. I have taken this as a very expensive lesson and bought a new phone direct from Apple. I cannot, recommend the Amazon Renewed option. Buyer beware!

Got the phone 3 days earlier, i have 0 major complaints, came with a screen protector and charger and brick, however, the audio of my phone and the microphone wasnt perfect, its muffled, but after dusting it, it sounds alright. the condition was pristine otherwise honestly, scratch free and everything. and even 95 percent battery health !

Arrived before expected delivery date, advertised as excellent condition and it is! Very pleased with product.

Delivery was quick and much sooner than estimated. The phone itself looks like a new phone and functions just as it should. Apart from the fact that is was not in its original Apple packaging, you would not know that it wasn’t a brand new item.

I’ve ordered an IPhone 14pro with 250gb memory (refurbished-EXCELLENT condition) and it mean to be arriving on the next day (when I had a day off) BUT something has happened at the delivery hub and they by postponed my delivery to the day after (when I was at work all day), had to schedule another day. But that’s not a big deal as it is just luck. The main problem is actually with the phone itself: 1 - Main screen is looks like popes out slightly by 1 millimetres on left side! You can feel it with your finger and see it too when comparing sides! 2 - Scratches all over the side frame of the phone (3 lines). Looks like it was in hard case that was holding it tight, that left marks around. At least main screen had no scratches, that’s good! I could be fine with it if NOT other 2 issues!!! 3 - It was a gift for my daughter on her birthday. When she log her Apple ID, in a bout 15/20 min after using it and downloading few apps (like: Watsup/Messenger) the Apple blocked her account and password. Apparently this phone is still under previous owner! So, not fully refurbished. Now account is blocked and we even CAN’T erase this IPHONE as password is blocked! Not a good birthday gift for my 11 years old daughter! We send it back! I will need my money back or a new phone that is fully working fine as I purchased in excellent condition! Thanks

La batterie est à 88% d'autonomie mais à part ça, ça va. Sinon rien à dire sur le téléphone. Tout fonctionne très bien. Il est arrivé très vite.

Bad phone, the mobile service under settings is grayed out and therefore does not detect any sim. Likely a hardware issue. Not an easy problem to detect

Leider hat sich nach einiger Zeit ein technischer Defekt eingestellt. Der Verkäufer hat jedoch extrem fair reagiert und mir nach der Retoure den kompletten Kaufpreis zurückgezahlt. So viel Kundenfreundlichkeit findet man selten – klare Empfehlung für diesen Verkäufer!
