It’s was what it said it was, and was shipped in timely manner. A good product.

The item had a damaged box. It was missing a bolt and nut to put it together correctly. There was zip ties in the box that were already cut. The bolts, nuts, and other loose pieces were just thrown in the box not in a bag. It was previously bought by another buyer, opened and returned. The warning label had scratches on it like it was used and warning label partially coming off. I Would like to get a partial refund or credit for the poor package and quality I received.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the lift. Sturdy and nice finish though out. Lifts my mower high enough to work on the deck while doing it safely.

Upon receiving the lift, I immediately opened box to assemble, be to my dismay the bolts holding the hydraulic Jack to the lift were missing.

Don’t know how well it works, bolts to the Jack was missing took a while to get the correct size! Son has it together but I was not happy!

It worked perfectly

Until I got this jack, the only way to sharpen/replace the blades on my lawn tractor, a Murray M115 - 38, was to remove the deck from the mower. What a pain. Had to do this every year since 2016. This jack was worth every penny, to my 66 year old bones.
