Im 5'7 and 260lbs. Looking for a sheeting tights to wear with a sandals. I dont want the toe less, i need the toe area to be sheer. type & size neede

5'8" tall and 260lbs. All my weight is mostly in my stomach(beer belly) what size should I order so they sit just below my waist?

Do these have that line at the top right aroud the thighs? I'm wearing them with dance costume and don't want that to show.
