poor quality unsuitable for old people
The wheel chair is of very poor quality. The folding and unfolding of the chair is very hard, not suitable for old disabled people. I had to literally use full force of both my hands to fold it. Same goes for the footrest paddles.Better to purchase a good quality chair even if little costly

Poor workmanship and finishing
The plastic build quality is poor and looks like it will not last long. The chair is not unfolding easily as the plastics on the sides are blocking the vertical sliding movements of the back support pipes. Other customers might have faced similar problems, however, the manufacturers didn’t do anything about it.
