Good as a neck brace but virtually worthless as a traction collar
This contraption would probably work well as a neck brace, but it does not seem like it was designed to be used for traction. When inflated, it squeezes the back of your neck, rather than inflating at the top or bottom so that it lifts your head away from your shoulders. This makes it a tight-fitting brace, but I would not consider this a traction collar at all. The amount of traction is provides is very minimal, as compared to the amount of constriction. The electronic remote/pump is unnecessary and lacks a very important feature: You cannot release the air pressure from the remote. In order to release the pressure you have to disconnect the hose and press the end of the hose fitting on the collar.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this did not produce good neck traction but the internal part to the neck tensioner striped. All plastic . A waste of money. DO NOT BUY..JUNK!

Too uncomfortable to use to actually use often
The product was just too uncomfortable for me to use to actually use often. It presses very hard into shoulders so it’s painful to use.

Useless
One would do better to invest in a cervical collar. This is just an overpriced version of that.
