Review: With the included tool it took me 5 minutes in the dark to swap this thing out. Compositing the new arm to the factory old it’s an exact clone. Same design and quality. Included blade is a good quality. I did think it was faulty at first but it has a protective sleeve on the actual blade that has to be removed. Overall I’m satisfied and my rear wiper on my 03 expedition is working again with a good looking new part. It’s a small detail but looks better that the old faded part. Picture is of old part.
