Beautiful, Spacious, Sturdy
The Cabinet is spacious and looks beautiful. It is heavy built, and seems sturdy despite there are parts where plyboards are used; the cabinet still seems durable. So, maybe it can be overlooked.

Great product + great customer service
Same as shown in picture.There were 2 tiles missing but I was impressed with their customer service.They promptly shipped 5 extra tiles.

Poor Packaging causing damage
The media could not be loaded. The shelves that are supposed to be fixed inside the cupboard weren't properly attached/packed whatever it was supposed to do.So everytime the delivery partner moved the cupboard or when we moved it to remove the packaging, the shelves moved. And they caused damage to the internal and back plywood. Now these shelves are made out of solid and sturdy wood and the ply used is very thin so it left a remarkable damage on both sides. Perhaps, separately packaging the shelves if they are not attached/using a stronger plywood would help.We can't return the product because we'll have to ship it when the seller "approves" and tells us how to. Better to get it repaired locally.The appearance of the shelf is amazing. It looks amazing and the outer wood is very thick and sturdy.

The top droawer gets stuck after 3 months of use, there is no service support it seems
The media could not be loaded. The product is very good. Is sturdy and good looking. However the top drawer go stuck after 3 months. I've been trying to get product support but there's no clue. i've rated 5 start of this product earlier, but looking at such trivial issues, willing to revoke it. Looks like, there is no service support
