So I've always had tummy issues all my life. And all my doctors would tell me things like eat more veggies, take fiber, etc. I actually eat a ton of veggies so it didn't make an sense to me. Anyways, finally one of the doctors told me to do a regular probiotic. Honestly, I hate pills so I avoid them. Anyways finally I decided to just suck it up and try. I been using probiotics for over a year. And I use whatever I find on sale or has a deal or whatever. I'm not loyal to one. I have found that it really does help. I'm more regular. My tummy doesn't hurt as much. Once one bottle is gone, I move to another one. And I take it daily now. Well... I really hate giving sad reviews but when i got this bottle, this was the only one that did NOT work for me. Yes, I kept on and actually used this entire bottle. You take two a day and they are huge pills. The other ones I took were one small pill or sometimes it was two. I'm not complaining about the size. But the fact that I take two of these every day and yet my tummy issues came back is quite alarming. I'm not sure why its different. But I guess I learned the hard way that the probiotics are not made all the same. So keep that in mind. So sadly this will not be on my list to renew.

My aunt suggested that I use these and the batch she had worked well! I was able to eat things with tomato in it again, and even drink regular milk. So I decided to order my own bottle, ( this one). Idk what happened every time that I take one of these pills I bloat like crazy, like so uncomfortably. I didn’t think it was the pills at first because I had them before and that never happened. I suggested the same pills to my friend before this batch and she loved them!! We have ordered this same bottle, and she is also experiencing terrible bloating. Something is not right, either the seller is doing something different or the company switched up its formula. I haven’t taken the pills in a week and I feel no bloating, I have I stress started drinking ACV in the morning, and I have no issues, no heartburn, no bloating, and I feel great!

Me sentía muy cansado después de las comidas. Necesitando 1 a veces 2 horas de siesta. Empecé a pensar que tal vez era diabético. Me hice un análisis de sangre y mi sangre estaba bien. This product is great.I'm using it to support in protien digestion mainly.The way I see it, if you take care of your stomach without this product you can really enjoy the benifts of speedy digestion.So enjoy kefir for gut health and stay on an alkaline diet.Then this product becomes rocket fuel. One or two tablets a day is enough for me. Use it to break down nuts or granola or a heavy protien meal over 55grams.I've had no issues
