I have it hanging above a radiator and on a good sunny day I can swing it across to the window. It seems strong, had it a few months and the backplate/ wall mount hàs not budged. I love the space it has freed up now that I don't need the traditional clothes dryer. Probably going to invest in another for the balcony. Folds away when not in use fairly neat and unobtrusive. I have it on a solid wall, not sure how it would fair on plasterboard.

Wish I had found this years ago as it’s perfect for my utility room. Holds a lot of wet clothes and folds shut when not not needed. Would definitely recommend as it’s very study and hardly takes up any space when closed.

Very pleased with this item it appears to be good quality we did use our own fixings as suggested by other reviewers.The clips are handy as they can be moved and keep coat hangers in place too .it bends so you can put it flat against wall or at what ever angle you like small pegs on end extension for hanging small items .Not tried it yet but sure it would handle a few wet towels hung over the top of it .

If you can't have a proper washing line, this is for you. I placed mine in my cratch and swing it out over the water for items I want air dried.Perfect!

The product is exactly as described. It can be easily fixed to the wall using four screws. Although I personally prefer stronger anchor points, the ones that come with it might be a bit light for some. When it comes to folding and unfolding, it's incredibly easy. The only downside is that putting the wee clips on the end can be a bit awkward, especially when you want to put it away. You need to remove the 5 clips again. Apart from that minor inconvenience, it's a great product that I highly recommend.

I spend winters in an RV Park and I’m using this as a clothes drying rack instead of one of those big ugly umbrella things. It was so simple to install and I can’t believe how strong it is. It’s so easy to use and will accommodate a lot of items. So quick and easy to extend if you just have a couple suits and towels from swimming, or a full load of laundry.I’ve installed it on the edge of my shed and it folds back up to nothing when I’m not using it. The design is perfect. I’m VERY happy with this unique product and would definitely give it five stars!
