The remote control arrived on time. I’m so pleased that I chose the genuine article. I took it out of the packaging, inserted the batteries, and pointed it at the tv. Perfect, no fiddling around, just worked perfectly immediately. Definitely recommend.

Pleased that I chose an original product. Worked perfectly first time. Previous cheaper products turned out to be inferior in quality and performance.

Appears to be the genuine Humax hand control for Freesat.All keys work as expected.It took the code for my Samsung TV so that the TV can be operated using this control also.

My old remote was over 5 years old but one or two buttons became slow to respond. New remote is exactly the same and generally works quickly, except for one button (down) which is still slow. Nevertheless it's still better than the old one which was delivered very quickly.

Bought this because the generic remote I bought first was so bad .the quality was poor and the buttons didn’t do what they were supposed to.This product was More then 4x the price but a delight to use and buying this was a very good decision

The remote worked straight away after inserting batteries. All the functions on the remote worked as the original and have not had a problem. You could get cheaper versions but this is perfect .

Good remote control to replace my old one as some of the buttons were sticking.. I could have gone for the cheaper version but the reviews were a bit hit and miss.
