if you want a great workout and dont have alot of time... THIS is the item for you!!! you can really work up a sweat and have got alot of different exercises with the AB Crunch. i was really surprised how versatile it is with the different areas it can hit while using it. My whole family uses it and loves it and we have made it a family time thing.

I've been using it for the past 2 weeks. I like that is versatile and sturdy. It is easy to put away under the bed. It doesnt take a lot of space. You can buld a whole excercice routine around it, which is great. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase

I love this piece of equipment.2) good things, you change Resistance and it’s small enough to keep in your family room2) Not so great things the seat needs to be a little longer and when you are doing your sit ups or push-ups in the machine squeaks

When I tell u this machine does a lot I mean alot I even do things that aren't printed on the guide sheet or on the video. This is definitely worth EVERY PENNY. The cushion is so comfy on my knees/back, the bars go up and down with ease, squats are easier I really can't think of anything to complain about

Product received defective. The cushion was uneven and it was no way to fix the issue. I ordered a replacement because a friend of mines has one and she loves it. I'll post another review once I receive replacement.

Love this piece of equipment. Easy to set up, gives you a good simple workout in a short amount of time. Great for older people that want to keep their muscles exercised.

Very nice product for the price. I love the elastic bands that come with it and the clear picture directions for the exercises.

We love it! Easy for all family members to use, doesn't take up a lot of space. You can feel the muscles working so the resistance level is perfect for getting into shape and staying that way

Great for a quick work out in the morning or evening when you don't have the time to do a full one. Love how it can just slide under the bed out of the way. Great for small space workouts. You even get a cooling towel.

Works good so far use it daily one side squeaks doesn't appear that it will stop any time soon
