I wanted to cut down my use of artificial sweetness that may. Have side effects and this was a compromise. Less cost than pure Stevia but still lowering my intake of other sweetness. My main use is on cereals. I found the taste to be very good but with cold milk the sweetner doesn't dissolve well leaving much of it sitting on the bottom of the bowl. It also is quite gritty, like putting dry sugar granules in your mouth without them dissolving. I haven't tried it in hot drinks, so it may dissolve better in them
