I like brushing my teeth the best. If you want extra you could use the pen. It really depends on what you want out of it. Younger people want to keep their teeth really white , so the toothpaste and the whitening pen would be a good combo. I hope this was helpful **Q: Isn't there supposed to be a seal on the actual toothpaste? Because my toothpaste came without any seal on it. Shouldn't I be concerned about that?** A: A seal yes **Q: Can product be used on dentures?** A: (Answer from Colgate's page) While you may be tempted to try to whiten your dentures with at-home teeth whitening solutions, such as whitening toothpastes or bleach-containing products, the Mayo Clinic says these methods are generally not safe for your dentures. Abrasive Cleaning Products like stiff-bristled toothbrushes, harsh toothpastes and cleaners can scratch your dentures and ruin their bright and shiny sheen. *Hope that helps! **Q: What exactly are the differences between the stain, enamel and fresh versions? They all say they have 5% H.peroxide?** A: The biggest difference is the enamel strength version contains 1.14% sodium monofluorophosphate (fluoride) where as the stain and fresh only contain .76% sodium monofluorophosphate. The fresh version also has a different flavor profile. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this because I heard it whitens your teeth.
