I have flown with this in the last few weeks with no issues. RX drugs with out the original bottle may cause you some heartburn. I find TSA a little inconsistent from airport to airport.

It's about the size of a my hand ✋️ but it holds alot of vitamins I put two weeks with in there for travel. Large and small.

Q: Will the lids stay close? I am looking for a pill box that is hard to accidental open in a Backpack.

For me, this has been a sturdy pill box with a firm latch that hasn't unlatched on its own. I did a lot of traveling in June (6 different flights) & didn't have any trouble with it at all. I do recommend this product.
