We buy this for our chinese hamster and she seems happy. There is a good variety for her to choose from. It is mostly just seeds with a green nugget that she only eats occasionaly (it turns her poop green so I can tell). She's a dwarf hamster so she tends to favor the smaller pieces, but who knows what she's actually eating. Hamsters like to hoard so I end up throwing most of this away when I clean her cage, but I love seeing her huge stash. I appreciate the cheap price ($6) and that it gives her the rounded out nutrition she needs.

Great variety of nuts seeds corn and more in a big bag. I’ll add greens, a meal worm about once or twice a week, and a little piece of apple or similar fruit. No almonds or citrus. Check everything you give hamster before you give it. My hamster will love this mix and I’ll feel confident that it’s what he needs and likes. Great. fair price.
