This had solved my issue with being unable to dry clothes and towels and I love the design
The Drysoon Deluxe airer has transformed issues I had with towels and thicker clothes (like jeans) ending up with a musty smell because I could n't dry them quickly enough. I do have a washer tumble drier but knew that consumed a great deal of energy.Having done quite a lot of research and read the reviews for quite a few different options, I decided to go for the Drysoon Deluxe 3 tier version due to the timer, the lightness, the option to add wheels, the fact that it would fit into the space I had available to store it and the way it folded out to offer several drying configurations. I also invested in the zipped cover and the wheels have been ideal. The peg strip option that I bought has not proved so useful as I found the most speedy way to dry things is to lie them across the top of the shelves rather than through them (as I originally expected). That means I can fit less on there but I have adapted the amount that I wash at one time to make that work. When wet washing is laid across the shelves I find that a load of whites can be dry by the time the next coloured wash has finished if I turn them as they dry. However, if things are crammed onto every shelf and hanging through down between the bars, I found trouser, etc didn't dry so quickly so have adapted how I use it to avoid that issue (though that is still an option to use it in the more traditional drier configuration). After that initial experimentation to find out how best to make it work for my circumstances, it has been worth every penny as, besides now being able to have lovely warm, and smell free towels, etc, I also love the design and how well everything is thought through. The cover was more than worth the expense for me but then I don't have somewhere to hide it away out of sight when it is not in use...From the fact one can use it with just one side out (for really confined spaces) with the shelves of the other side then providing vertical hanging space,... to the wheels that make it easy for me to manoeuvre over to the washing machine to load it up and then move it over to the wall socket to plug it in,... to the little holder for the plug when it is packed away (trailing wires are a real bug bear as they are a trip hazard),... to the timer function (delay start as well as timed turn off function or a straight forward on and off option)... and especially the cover which keeps everything neatly out of sight while drying and then zips up to fit the airer when it is folded away making it look much smarter and inconspicuous that the non heated airer that I had previously..I live in a small cottage with no cupboards to stow this away so it is ideal that I am able to fold it up, zip up the cover (to fit the folded up dimensions) and wheel it out of sight behind a large mirror. I am so glad I decided to go with the positive reviews and while I realise it might be quite expensive for many people, it has been ideal for me.I am leaving this review having used if for more than six months and am more please with it every time I use it (though I realise some people may have had a totally different experience if their products arrived damaged). I am just about to order one with the cover for other family members as I took it up to show them on a recent trip (thinking they would find it really useful) and they were really impressed, hence the additional order.Update April 2022. I still absolutely love the Drysoon 3 tier clothes dryer with zip up cover and am so glad I invested in it. The family members were also very pleased when I bought one for them to and they use it all the time too.I would now add that I do now like the hanging pegs after having worked out that small items dry very well when hanging from them (though not so good for think socks which I had been trying to hang on the pegs before).I remain totally delighted after 4 years use!

Easy to set up and use Deluxe heated airer
After a lot of research I decided to choose the deluxe version of the Drysoon range despite its relatively high price. The fact it has no support bar running down the front of it just makes life easier to hang the washing on. the timer and preset modes also work well. It managed to dry shirts and jumpers and long trousers after a few hours after a 1400 spin. The cord is a bit short at about a metre long. it seams well made and easy to set up. you can also have it half width if you wish. another bonus is the on/off switch is at the top of the support bar so not too much crouching and searching for it.Lakeland gives a 3 year warranty as standard.overall I'm very pleased with it but does seem a bit pricey although ideal for my flat.

Extremely handy in the absence of a tumble drier and No Sun
After a few weeks thinking over what is the best option for a heated airer, I decided to go with the best reviewed which I found was this. Never really used Lakeland’s Own anything before, but I appreciate that Lakeland is good quality - and this product is.Only been using a few days so far, but compared to using the radiators in the absence of a tumble dryer and with little sun in these winter months (what am I saying! We live in Scotland! There isn’t even sun in the summer !!) - it’s really needed. I’m not sure I could handle the heating being turned on just to dry socks anymore.Efficiency - well - it gets stuff dry eventually. It needs time for the heavier washing load. I’ve found so far, to have all the tiers up - even if you have longer trousers/tops hanging down from the tier above it - as the rising heat works better that way. With the cover on, its much more effective.Ordered the casters separate (should really come with it, thinks me), so its easier to spin/move - don’t get me wrong, it’s very lite, but not so with a ton of washing on it. Also ordered a package with the Cover thrown in - which worked out £10 cheaper. Some things that would of greatly improved it - the cable is very short, so be prepared to get an extension cord if your plugs are higher up.In terms of the cover, you really do need it to get your clothes dried more effectively. It fits nicely - but the zips are very small, don’t feel robust and I get the feeling that “these won’t last the month”. Also, it would of been handy if the cover was made with a little zip slot on the area of where the control panel is and it would have been so much handier if there was a second zipped port at the back as well as the front for easier unloading and restacking instead of stripping the entire cover off again each time.Overall, I do love it. And it’s going to be well used. Love the timer part of it. There is 2 timer options - first - a bog standard count down timer to turn the airer off and the second - a count down timer to turn the airer on and even off again afterwards.I also like the other add-ons for this product which I will also get eventually.Great buy, fully recommended.

Doing the job
This does the job well as long as you are careful how to load it. I also use a dehumidifier unit in the room with this (not an electric one) which seems to help with drying. I use it with the cover which holds the heat in and let's moisture out. First time I used it I overloaded it and the stuff didn't dry as quickly as I'd hoped, but once I got the knack of the best way to hang stuff it works so much better and really happy with it.
