Poor for the price
Took it out of the box and first impressions are it looks cheap. The middle mouse button is a seller. The over feel of the mouse is its way too slippy, your hand slips on the surfaces which means when your moving the mouse you have to move the mouse then adjust your hand to move again. I also had to use my little finger to hold onto the edge so i could control the movement better, which defeats the object of the game to reduce stress in my hand. The overall look and feel is about worth 60 quid not the 130 odd. Its a shame as the fit for the hand is perfect for big handed people but the slippy surface is a killer for me.

Good try, but not there yet.
Hippus are going the right way, but I don't think they have succeeded yet. The reason I returned the mouse was because it pressed uncomfortably against the bottom joint of my right thumb. This would be intolerable under heavy use, which is after all the reason why you buy such an expensive mouse. I also feel the mouse needs to hold the hand at a slightly higher rotational angle to be comfortable. In short, the shaping of the mouse (so far as I'm concerned,) as yet leaves something to be desired. In every other respect the mouse was very pleasing. The mouse was nicely made and instead of having batteries like other radio mice and a transmitter also requiring batteries it was rechargeable through a USB port on the computer. I really do hope that Hippus will develop a Mk 2 version of this mouse with the shortcomings I have identified remedied. If they do I shall certainly take another look, but for the time being I'm going back to my Aerobic Mouse.
