Double Deck Pizza Oven

I was skeptical about this oven but decided to try it out. Similar double oven units are generally 3-10 times the price. I have been running the oven for 90+ days so now I can confidently write this review. Bottom line is this oven is much more than I expected. For the price I figured I was going to get some kind of a residential grade unit re-packaged and sold as commercial grade. I was wrong. This machine (I bought the double oven) is all commercial grade. Stainless Steel outer has held up perfectly. Cleans easily and no discoloration due to heat. Doors and handles are all still tight with no loosening. Knobs, lights, thermostat all working exactly as designed. The only problem to report was the oven arrived with a broken pizza stone. I don't think this was a fault of the manufacturer because the box showed signs of an overly aggressive shipping company. Regardless, seller was super fast to respond to my email (literally only a couple hours) and shipped replacement stones right away. Oven has been in use in our sports arena concession stand for just over three months days. We have cooked several hundred pizzas and have zero problems to report. Temps are very consistent and the stone cooked crust is better than anything we ever did with a pan and an oven. Overall an excellent experience and will happily do business with these folks again.

I have purchased two of these ovens and they have worked out awesome for us. One of them was damaged when it was shipped. I reached out to customer service and they was great to work with.

Edit Update: Contacted by the seller who is sending out steel legs to replace the melted plastic ones. Very happy with the response and quick action taken to rectify the situation. I would now say yes I would buy from this seller again. Original review: Oven works great and cooks pizza perfectly but the plastic legs under the oven side melted! Poor leg design- would not buy again.

we bought this in October, and its now the end of february. (4months) and one of the heating elements isn't working I have tried to reach out to the seller but it makes me communicate with amazon. then amazon says its past a return time and thats all i get. would be great if i can speak with someone on how to troubleshoot and fix my oven very bad customer service all around on this one. starting to see a patern.

The commercial pizza oven is nice and handy it work very well and the two compartment is good, when it’s busy.

I started it as per instructions. I am par baking 75 7inch pan pizza. It has done good. Kept its temp and the bottom crust was awesome. My only concern was some slight damage to the top from handling. Would have been 5 stars except the damage. Not worth the hassle of returning
