This might be the best chopping board in the market, it's made of steel so that will prevent you swallowing any plastic.

Item arrived without labels or brand logo etched on it As show on photo. It was also not in a box, just bubble wrapped. Its doing the job, but not sure if its genuine stainless steel

They just strech filmed the board and send it to me. When I receive it it was dented in one place. Normally stainless steel sheets are produced with protective film on both sides to protect the item from scratch. So maybe even used item delivered.I didn't return it since this was the only size available for my measurement. But normally I would return it immediately.
