The heel strap is a bit loose, but don't fall off my heel. Every time I wear them, I receive tons of compliments.

I always wear an 8.5 and these seem snugish and may be difficult to keep on the feet but I love the look..heel is stylish. Good value

The shoes are super comfortable and cute. Unfortunately after only wearing them for 3 hours the soles of the shoes started to fall apart. Don't recommend.

Cute show but the color is not as listed. It states the shoe is black and white and it's not. The show is actually black and a light tan. Shoe runs small so size up and the shoe is also narrow. The heel height is perfect.

I read all the reviews n still decided to buy them … I’m so happy I did because the fit was great they r comfortable n I myself am not having any issues with the strap on the back … it fit me just fine … I’m happy I took a chance considering all the remarks regarding the strap falling or just not working out for others…this is a beautiful shoe !!!!

I like the heel. I sized up. Heel straps a little loose, but a trip to the shoe shop remedied that, or you can buy the strips. It’s a nice two toned shoe. I would recommend.

Pretty shoe, very attractive heel. However, the strap doesn't stay in place and you will constantly have to stop to put it back in place. You can't even wear it as a mule, because the front is too short to hold you foot in the shoe. Don't waste your money.

Son tan bonitas y comodas que las puedo usar todo el día, van muy bien con cualquier estilo de ropa. Es verdad que la tira del talón viene ligeramente grande pero no se desliza para nada. Las compré en negro y otro par con la combinación en beige. Las volvería a comprar sin dudar.
