I replaced a dead spotlight, already wired, with this light. All installed up on the barn. It would not go off, the photo cell was no good. Luckily, the photo cell unscrews so I didn't have to take the fixture down. I got the photo cell off the 2nd light and it worked. Now I have a dead new light that isn't installed, just needs a photo cell. I email the Hyperlight and they respond. Then it gets crazy. I can still return to Amazon but just want the photo cell. Hyperlight requests the Amazon order #, done, then wants pictures of the light not working, no way, then I email them the pdf of the order receipt and a picture of the light on the basement floor with the photo cell draped over the box. Hyperlight then leaves me a voice message requesting a movie of it not working. You can't make this up. 50/50 chance of light working, I guess.Update, after putting up with Hyperlight's foolishness when I dealt with them directly, I gave up and returned to Amazon and posted this review. Now Hyperlight woke up and sent me a free light for all the trouble.

bought 3 of the 50w for garage. at night, they really light up the area. very satisfied.

We weren’t sure of the brightness but it lights up our yard!

I would recommend these light to everybody.All there products do and work as they say.If I ever need more I will buy again I also purchased eight of the shop lights for my steel building, couldn’t ask for more lightThanks for a great product!

Have been using HYPERLITE for a few years. Very reliable and well constructed product. Always work out of the box, never had to return a product. The 120watt unit is being used to light the ramp area in front of an aircraft hanger.

I really like the quality of these lights. And they have a photocell on them for the dawn to dust function.

The light provides a good view for dark areas

We actually wanted a light that focused all light downward, but none were in stock at the time we needed it. This one sprays a lot of light outward. It is BRIGHT. We ended up removing and replacing it when we found the "down light" we needed. This one was a little too blinding. We are trying to transition all lights that focus light downward to minimize "light pollution."

Bought 4 of these, 3 120w and 1 50w. Two of the 120w have now failed after 3 years, drivers died. They were nice and bright and looked well constructed but wish they lasted longer.

1 year 1/2 after its installation and its still going on every night and off every morning. Even the small 50w is realy bright at night, clearly enough for a 2 cars parking and even more. My neighbours even asked me to install a piece to block some light because they were blinded by the light but i didn't 😆

For $120, you can't really go wrong. My biggest concern with this light is the glass covering it uses casts shadow lines that are very noticeable ( from the curvature of the lense)

Used these to replace some 275 watt mercury vapour wall packs to illuminate a parking lot. They start instantly and give a bright white light.Ours are mounted 16 ' high. A pair easily illuminate our 80'× 300' lot.
