Again this was purchased for a friend and they seem happy enough.

DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!
Doesn't work. I'm fuming, these bulbs are so expensive. I keep a supply of spares for my frogs, so it has been in a drawer for a few months. The old bulb went and I changed it today, but it doesn't work and Amazon are refusing to take it back. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow and requesting a chargeback.
