took a capsule once they arrived around 2:30pm and within an hour my breathing was much easier and my nasal passage was clear. I am really impressed with these so far. There is no aftertaste and was easy to swallow. I will definitely order again as I get low. Great Value. I live on a limited income and this is much cheaper than a doctor visit.

..didn't work well for me but that doesn't mean it will not work well for you...problem is, some of the same ingredients can be found in several lung and bronchial herbal meds but with a few slightly different ingredients....so maybe a certain one works for me that doesn't work for you and vice versa...so these were not for me, but they may very well be for you...
