What this belt requires is another fabric belt that goes around the top ...as it is loose on top when it fits well across the middle.Why do customers always have to come up with solutions??- Pass the info over to the manufacturer and let them improve their product.Otherwise ...not a bad belt.

Didn't last long
Used for exactly a month and 1 day when it just popped when lying down.Followed all the instructions. Didn't over pump it as stayed within the recommended number of pumping times, whilst also checking the width during inflation.Such a shame as the decompression is currently the only thing which relieves the back pain.Now about to check if the one year warranty is worth the paper it is written on.Only scores 1 star due to the popping of the stud.

Does the job but bigger size would be grand
Herniated disc L3/5 absolute agony I wear this belt when my back gets too much and instantly stops the pain, problem I have is, despite adding extra ad-on piece a choice of larger sizes rather than one size fits all as a large belly rather negates that I do squeeze in it as it does work 🫃

Don't work as expected...
The product does not work as well as described in the ad. I missed the return deadline and now I have an unused item in my house.
