Bought this for my food truck and I'm always having to cut vegetables and daily use dulls knives out quickly. This knife is amazing, light weight and super sharp.

Best knife ever! Love cutting veggies now with this gem of a knife!
The weight balances nicely in my hand. I cut with comfort and ease of holding the knife in my hand and having precision cuts of veggies that are perfectly sliced without stress or much time. Compared with other knives, this knife was less expensive and has a beautiful appearance. The comfort, ease of performance is remarkable! I love this knife!

Broke at the hilt during first use
Cool looking knife, but the steel is not manufactured properly. Was cutting into a watermelon (yes, I know, it’s a bread knife, needed the length) as the blade cut at an obtuse angle. Checking how straight the blade was to the hilt I noticed it was actually out of true. I pushed on the blade, attempting to bend it back into place with very little force and the entire blade snapped off at the hilt… just missed hiring my foot and luckily landed flat on our tile so not as to damage our floor. If you want a quality made knife, look elsewhere.
