Can angel halo stay on while demon light is off?

Angel halo ring and demon eyes are always on when you switch on.

According to provided connecting diagram, Angel eye light should always be on, and only Devil eye is operated by switch?

I have the Angel Eyes (blue) the red and the yellow wires are pos (+) the black neg (-) both ring and main led should be on all time the switch controls all led's with 3 setting high, low and flash I would assume demon eyes work the same way.
