Stopped working after a month
The laptop arrived with no visible scratches, which was the only positive aspect. However, the charger I received was very old and in poor condition. The main issue arose after about a month of use when the laptop started freezing. I had to force restart it every time. After another week, it wouldn't even start, getting stuck indefinitely on a blue screen whenever I tried to boot it up.I highly recommend staying away from refurbished products

Beware of Refurbished Laptops: A Costly Mistake
The media could not be loaded. I purchased a refurbished Lenovo x1 carbon last month, and within a month, the keyboard stopped working. The fault doesn't lie with the seller or any vendor; it's with the customer who opts for a cheap product to save money and ends up regretting it.

Good product however beware of the screen resolution
This is a good laptop, the battery was good too. The only issue I found was with the screen resolution. It looks like the Full HD screen has been replaced with an archaic 1366X768 panel which makes it a really bad deal considering there are refurbished laptops with Full HD panels for 10K less.Seller Experience: Seller NewJaisa reached out to me to get the screen replaced, however, it was getting close to the return window and I didn't want to risk it. So I raised a return with Amazon. I would say +1 to the seller for at least trying but this should not have been the case at all in the first place. The Amazon Experience: I had the worst experience with Amazon for setting up a return. I had to constantly remind them that I did not get what I paid for and they didn't seem to understand why selling something inferior to what the customer paid for is a bad thing. My call kept getting transferred to 7 people before they finally accepted a return. So anyone who is buying these refurbished laptops on Amazon, get ready to face agony with their pathetic customer support if you don't get what you pay for.
