Perfect for babies who can't stop flipping in bed!
We've purchased other baby products in the hope of miraculously 'solving' our seven-month-old's sleep, but most have been snake oil or just not the right fit for our very energetic and curious little wonder. Well, within 24hrs he learned both how to flip on to his tummy and to crawl, and predictably sabotaged every sleep attempt by rolling himself over (even when already asleep) and waking up in a panic. Feeling satisfied that this product was safe, we went for it with half a mind to putting it in the 'was a good idea' pile along with the musical night light, but it actually helped immeasurably. Settling quicker (once even immediately without a single tear) and taking longer naps, this product is clearly indispensable. It seems of high quality, simple, well thought out and now even comes with a 'Houdini strap' (a circular band to hold the folded straps shut for the most determined escape artists) which will help when he figures out the velcro and learns to stand. At least in this one usage case, we couldn't be more grateful for the purchase.

Good for early rollers
Our son rolled early, but could only go one way and couldn't roll back and would frequently wake upset because he'd rolled into the side of the cot or didn't want to be on his tummy. I did some research and found this wrap, and we went back to having an excellent sleeper. He seemed to like the security, and slept no problem using the wrap for around 3 months. Once he was 6 months old, and much stronger, he began to wake wanting to roll to get comfortable, and also was beginning to get very good at undoing the velcro, and so we stopped using it. It served a purpose for us and helped everyone get a good nights sleep. It's washable and nice material, and relatively easy to fit to the cot.

Superb!
This is a wonderful product. I was very wary about putting anything in my baby's cot but researched this and decided to give it a go. My 6 month old was getting herself wedged sideways in the cot every night, several times a night and screaming for us to come and move her. No problem at all since purchasing this product. We were hesitant as it seemed expensive but it was well worth the money. It was a bit of a pain to put on the mattress as it needs to be central and is quite long but once it was on it's great. Don't hesitate to buy this product, you won't regret it. I have no concerns about her safety as the wrap is well away from her face and the whole thing is tightly secured around the mattress. I ahve never written a review on Amazon before but felt I should for this product. Wonderful! It also fits on a single bed so can be used for holidays in place of a travel cot.

This is a fantastic product which should be better available in UK
This is a fantastic product which should be better available in UK. My little one needs to sleep with a wedged up mattress due to acid reflux but she is so wriggly the first night I found her crunched at the bottom of the cot within minutes. So had to flatten the mattress again. The day I fitted this she felt cuddled and secure and has been sleeping better, so have I with peace of mind she is safe and raised as she needs. The only suggestion - the back of her head sits on the seam at the top edge so I had to soften it with a muslin tucked under and over. Otherwise, very happy and hopefully it will help her in the long term.

Helped us massively with our refluxy baby
This product really helped us with our refluxy baby. Until we got this, she wouldn't even sleep in her cot. Now we have this, we feel confident putting her on her left side - the position recommended by many to help with reflux. We use yoga blocks (ultra lightweight) - one on either side of her - to keep her positioned on her side - and because the sleepwrap keeps her in place, we know she can't wriggle into a different position and get into trouble with the blocks. And importantly she can't role onto her front. Everything just stays in place, she's happy, so we're happy, and we can even raise the cot at the head end, which also helps with our baby's reflux.

Didn't work for us
I found it quite fiddly to attach to to the bed. I had very high hopes, as my baby started to wake up in the middle of the night wanting to 'practice' rolling over onto his tummy and then struggling to go back to sleep. Unfortunately, this didn't work for us as he felt very restricted and was getting upset not being able to roll over (which made him even more awake than the rolling over).

For us it has been great and afforded us more peace of mind
My daughter suffers from GORD with sandifier's syndrome and apnoea, so we use this in conjunction with a reflux wedge. Before we got this, she slipped off her wedge and thrashed about, hurting herself off the sides of the cot.For us it has been great and afforded us more peace of mind, Now she is older she can open the velcro, so it has probably served it's purpose for us. Some babies just need positioning and to this end, we found this a safe and easily transportable option.

Didn't fit mattress!
Did not fit bed correctly, have a smaller cot mattress 117x54cm, managed to get it fitting but not correctly how it's meant to, once was in and safe daughter actually managed t roll n got stuck because was tight enough she shouldn't have managed t roll but did but too tight to roll back onto her back!
