These are the best cough drops I have ever used, they are very small but do the trick. I even popped one in my mouth at bed time, because I'm not afraid that I would choke on one since they are so small and they dissolve quickly. I keep a box in my purse, backpack, bathroom and next to my bed. I used to be able to purchase these at Walmart and other stores, but no one carries them any more. I am always giving a box away's to people I meet who have a cough, bank tellers, coworkers, my exercise teacher, etc. all kinds of people. And I make sure that my family has them when they travel especially by plane. I don't understand whey they stopped selling a local stores. Having to purchase so many at a time makes people not want to try them and that's a shame.
