I bought this as it was a good price for the level of brightness and colour options. I also loved the idea of the neck section as I’ve lost weight and I have crepe skin on my neck.Honestly I’m blown away and have recommended it to so many of my friends. I built up the brightness and used it everyday for about a month. The images show the difference in my eyes after just 10 days. I now use it 3-4 times a week. I apply my skincare prior to putting the mask on and it helps my skin to absorb the moisture.I also suffer with cystic acne and have a number of scars on my cheeks from previous flare ups, I can say with confidence this mask is helping reduce the signs of the scars. I’ve never ever been happier with my skin.Overall it feels good quality and well built. The mask itself feels luxurious, the remote is maybe a bit less luxury but it works, it doesn’t need to be fancy. It’s very easy to use and the straps keep it all in place, but I treat myself to 20 mins laid still while I use it and it feels like a little treat.Overall, run, don’t walk to get this in your basket! Best thing I’ve done for my skin in 26 years of adulthood!

I originally bought one of these at the end of 2023 after being pleasantly surprised by the effects of an LED treatment at a salon. Obviously a home-use mask isn’t as powerful as what would be used in a salon but this one is effective with regular use.The flexible mask is comfortable and adjustable. If you really want to walk around with it on you can, but it’s nicer to take 20 minutes to lie back, shut your eyes and relax for a bit. I like that you get both the face and neck parts included and can use them separately depending on which areas you want to target. The variety of colours also means you can really target specific skin issues and combine the effects of different LED colours.The mask I bought originally, although still working, the battery pack stopped holding its charge. I wanted to buy another battery pack and customer service were so great they sent me a new mask. Turns out that a fair few improvements have been made to the new version compared to the older one, including better battery life, higher quality feel of battery pack, USB-C cables, and possibly brighter LEDs as well?Overall this is a great purchase that I am very happy with over a year later. If anything isn’t working, customer service go out of their way to fix things so you know that there’s no risk if something turns out to be faulty or breaks.

Love the mask, it’s easy to use and has made a noticeable difference to my skin. My skins feels much smoother and I suffered from nasty break outs on my chin which have improved a lot. Only negative is that some of the lights are not changing colour when I change the setting.**UPDATE** within a day of leaving my review I was contacted by customer service about the issue with the mask and received a replacement mask within a couple of days, very good service!

Excellent i love my nourished led mask it is so easy to use & feels so relaxing using well to add to this my mask & chest piece have both stopped working i received them on 3rd march not happy at all i want a refund i organised a return i chose the date then the date was changed without any decusion with me and the date was when i was on holiday so no return was carried out now im back theres no option to make another return

Works well and mask reasonably comfortable. Helps with other parts of the body including joints.

The mask is brilliant, easy and comfy to use. Feels very good quality. I’m not sure if I’m imagining it but I think I’m starting to see slight improvement after a couple of weeks use. Unfortunately a small section of the mask has stopped working and I can’t see how to contact company for a replacement, and it’s out of return window by 3 weeks via amazon! But other than this I am loving using the mask, definitely recommend. If someone from the suppliers sees this review could you contact me to replace faulty mask though please?UPDATE: I was contacted by the company’s customer service who arranged for a free replacement to be sent to me, thank you! Amazing customer service and I am still loving the mask 2 months on. I have also started using the neck mask on my scalp as red light is meant to help with hair growth so thought it was worth a try. Great price for the quality of mask!

Arrived in perfect condition, easy to follow instructions. Soft mask so it’s comfortable to wear while relaxing or watching tv. Generally really good quality. I’ve been using it every other day on the red setting, as that’s what I want to target first. I can already see a difference around my eyes and décolletage. I didn’t expect to see results so soon. Good price compared to others on the market, especially with the neck attachment. Would recommend.

Customer service is excellent! I had problems with the battery life of the mask after using it for about a month. The seller kindly reached out to me to remedy the situation, and offered to send me a replacement. I received my mask within a couple of days. I'm really impressed with the level of customer service!Its a great mask with multiple functions and comes with a neck component, which makes it great value for money. You can change the level of brightness, it has 7 different colour options, and you can choose the length of time down to the minute. There's also a beep it makes at the end letting you know that it's finished, so you don't end up lying there longer than you have to if you have your eyes closed. I'm not a fan of the straps, they're a bit fiddly, but everything else, including the customer service, is amazing! I'm really happy with my purchase and can't recommend this LED mask enough!
