It is paint. When fully dry it is quite friable and has no strength; it could not be used successfully even as weak glue, but as paint it works a treat.It begins to dry very fast, and becomes too thick to brush within a minute or so of dipping the brush, so you have to be a bit quick and use only the tiniest amount at a time. But you only need the tiniest amount anyway, so that's not much of a problem.Do not be alarmed if you still measure a high resistance immediately after putting it on.
