Bob the Builder Manual (Haynes Workshop Manual)

This is a great book for fans of Bob and his machine team. It covers all the main characters - Scoop, Roley, Lofty, Muck, Dizzy, Tumbler, Packer, Flex, Travis, scratch, Rubble, Gripper, Grabber, scrambler and Splasher. All in colour with lots of information on each, including cut away sections to the show engines etc. A pity it is getting much harder to buy models of the toys to play with, many such as Griper and Grabber now being listed as collectors items at high prices. I assume production has ground to a halt as a new round of license holders is sought.No doubt this book will go the same way, so grab a copy while you can!

Brought this book for our toddler as he has become a Bob the Builder fan of late. He loves the book (as does his Dad!) as it's very easy to read, lots of pictures and facts age appropriated.Most of the main vehicles and a few minor ones are in the book.Is also great for parents/adults carers to ref to, if a bit clueless about character's name, and a toddler demanding to know what they are!

I bought as a birthday gift for my 4 yr old son. He loves Bob and we have read this book at bedtime every night since he received it.Good pictures, informative at a level children understand.

This book was just what I needed for my grandson. He was ready for more detailed descriptions of the vehicles and this manual provided just enough text to fulfil the need. The bird added a bit of fun to each page which he also enjoyed. An ideal book for those wanting details in a simplified form.

A nice book but not quite as good as the Thomas version, perhaps because of the variety of vehicles etc.

One of the first requests for 2 year old and five year old boys.

My grandson loved this - a bit too complicated for me!!
