Lots of space
This is a great pencil case! I can fit my graphical calculator ( it's pretty chunky if you didn't now) and a stack of coloured pens and highlighters in just one of the pockets. The other pocket holds scissors, paintbrushes and little bits like rubbers and page markers stickers well! It's sturdy and I believe I won't need another pencil case for the foreseeable future
