Smells horrible for days into project
Avoid this stuff. Look at Reddit reviews and amazons. This smells horrible days into staining with no sign of letting up. Huge lesson on going cheap with stains. AVOID.

Sags and Runs. Be careful
This stuff has problems. It is hard to work with and I would never use it on anything but a crummy old piece of furniture I was rehabbing...which is what I did. We had an old upholstered chair where the frame was poplar. After sanding and coating with stain conditioner, I put a brush coat on and it ran and sagged like crazy. I went to Lowes and bought a spray can of the stuff. After sanding with 220, I used the spray for the remaining three coats. I was shocked at how well the spray worked.Anyway...the finished product was just fine.I am an experienced woodworker.
