Great book , contains musical notes and violin tabs depending on what you prefer. Also some helpful information in it for the beginner. Really enjoyed it so far , only had it a few weeks . Also the website with accompanying music to go with the book is great too . Musical notes and tabs are clear to read on the pages and presented very clearly .

Loved this book. Lots to choose from. The notes and tabs are printed in large print so easy to see. I'm a 44 year old beginner. There's a nice mix of music for kids and us older learners. The notes are also labelled which will help immensly with note naming and recognition, and the tabs are direct underneath. I hope there will be more books released that will increase in difficulty to challenge me as I progress. (huge hint to author)

Dovrebbe contenere delle notizie più dettagliate sull'uso del violino es,: come accordare, come tenere le mani magari con qualche disegno o foto. Forse cercherò qualche testo in italiano.

Je n'ai que deux ans de violon à mon actif, mais vraiment j'aime beaucoup ce livre, les morceaux sont variés : comptines, classique, religieux, etc., de plus les partitions sont vraiment au grand format, ce qui me permet de bien voir les notes, dont leur nom est indiqué. Par contre il est tout en anglais, donc ça risque d'être compliqué si on ne comprend pas l'anglais et qu'on veut comprendre la préface ou les titres et paroles des morceaux. Livre très agréable malgré le noir et blanc, j'envisage d'acheter la version des chants de Noël et celui pour le piano.

I have great difficulty reading ordinary size music, and I am a beginner. So this is perfect. I also like the TAB notation indicating the note and the finger positions. There is a downloadable file of each song being played, but I can't figure out how to access it on my laptop. Does not install an icon. Can't find how to access it in the book.
