Does it clean laptop and TV screens as well?

I recommend checking out Screen Mom (available from Amazon) if you want a computer/TV screen cleaner, it also comes with a good quality microfibre cloth. Any screen larger than one on a smartphone will need two or more Metene wipes, as they are small. They're okay for glasses, a camera lens, a computer keyboard, and small electrical products. I use Metene wipes for cleaning two hearing aids, one wipe is the right size and not too wet!

Are they antibacterial

There is no wording on the package to say that. They possibly contain a cleaning fluid which could reduce germs and a little bacteria.
