I love this pillow! I’ve had two neck surgeries and this is giving all the support needed. It took a day or so to get used to but then it’s been perfect

I tried this cervical pillow because I thought it might be better than my contour pillow that I used for years. I really like the firmness of this pillow, but it just isn't high enough for the arch of my neck–even with the extra insert. The shape of the pillow is irrelevant for me. I was more interested in the firmness. It gave me headaches in the mornings. I returned it. I ended up folding a baby blanket in half and placing it under my old contour pillow to give it more firmness and that works better than this cervical pillow.

Es muy dura para decir que es para dormí y usarla personas que tienen problemas cervicales, no es flexible. Más bien la puede unas como cojín de respaldo de espalda al sentarse. Para ello es perfecto.

This type of pillow tends to be ergonomic in theory, but they either don’t work for everybody and I would be in that category or they are usually just marketing stunts. In most cases, I end up with more pain in my neck than using a regular pillow. And I’ve tried many others that promised a good night of sleep, but they never kept me satisfied for long.I’m not going to say that this is the best yet, but it has potential. In the past, I liked some initially, but they disappointed a week or so later. This one, however, kind of disappointed the first night. It was a bit too high even on the softer side. Yes, it has a side that is firmer, and another that is softer, which is something that I really like. Yet, it was too high until I removed one layer, which took less than a minute: you just unzip it, unbutton the center, remove the layer, button it up, and zip it again. It looks more complicated than it is. After that, I’ve been sleeping on it for over a week and it feels comfortable, the right height, and no pain in the neck; literally! My shoulders also feel relaxed.Since I’m a side sleeper, I can’t talk for those who sleep on their bellies or backs, but it works perfectly for me. My head sinks in but its design allows me to breath without any effort. I just wish somebody would listen to me and made a pillow like this but that started at chest level and would raise gradually to fit the head and neck.

This pillow is so comfortable and I had the best night sleep the first time I used it.
